Nomad Systems

Is there anything to the Nomad systems that link from Omicron Alpha and Gamma? I mean is it just mean't to be open space with a bunch of Nomads flying around? And whats with Gammu? It look like DA started to design the planet and just gave up midstream.... And is that supposed to be a blackhole in the second Nomad system?? I can't quite make it out...

There's no link between gamma unknown and alpha unknown. The two unknowns are pretty far apart and a jump hole would stretch pretty far.

No, there isn't. There are quite a few things that feel unfinished in FL, and that's just one of them. I think DA was cut short by MS, can't remember the details.

I think those two systems where just easter eggs put in by DA. The Monkeys and Robbots on the planets sorta give it away. They don't have any purpose in FL other than that.
