Best thing tio do to get friendly with who ever you want, look at them in the upper right hand of the screen and open the panel that lists hostile/ freindlys and find them. See who their enemys are and shoot them. As hackers are outlaws, taking out house police and bounty hunters will help bring up the rep. Find their bases andpay to raise rep as well. The Mactin base, i think is theirs, but running missions for them is the fastest way to raise rep if your short of cash Hope this helps.

Thanxz a lot then i'll be killing a lot of Bounty Hunters! but isn't it easier to bribe someone??.. the lane hackers are allies with the outcasts who are allies with the Golden C. guys, which i'm neutral with, so i thought i could pay them a visit and hope there are som bribe options there, but i can't find out where they live?.. do they even have a base??

Bounty hunters are in most systems, just look near bases/planets. As to bribes, you have to find their bases or those that support them. Some bribes can be high, as in greater than 60,000 credits.
