The only "cheat" per se is the dificulty alteration in the system files. But theres also a bunch of mods available such as the super shield or the falcon at start.

only others I know of, one i found only recently

Remote grouping = /invite Player name or /I Player name
Leaving a group = /leave or /L

Admin chat to Universe ie everyone not just your current System
= /u message
Note that only works if you have an admin file with no extension in your character folder on the server

/invite. "/invite" doesn't seem to work very well with names with underscores or spaces.
I wish there was a /trade or /T option.

Someone was telling me that there is a way to do remote trade, but he never could get the / code for it. He said that someone used it on him from another system.

i know also who has done that by someone...
that was a trade from omicron gamma to omicron alpha...

but still don't know the chat code for that...

of course theres no remote trading. imagine it:

Player 1 At Cambridge Research Station, buys 275 pharmecuticals
Player 2 At Ruiz Base, Omicron Beta, buys 275 Alien Organisms

Both trade, and sell. Player 1 gets 275 X 1900. player 2 gets 275 X about 900.

Theyd be billionaires in a few hours.

but well... how do you think they are able to test thus ships around, just as in all games, they cheat

so the first cheaters on a game are the testers itself...

I found the invite thing works better if u do: /i Player name
no space between / and i.
