How do you get to these systems, and are there Nomads there with which to fight? Please help, I want to have a rumble with those smelly pink fellows.

u can't in the unmodded game however there are mods like evolutions that allow u to travel there

As gowser said not in an unmodded game. I think FLRebalance unlocks them (i think)

There's virtually nothing to see in either, except Toledo. But that's not as exciting as it sounds. Oh, I guess there's the Barrier.

ALthough there is a suposed glitch in the game that allows you to fly arround the systems in SP, although you can progress with the storyline. --- VH16
