What would you do if you could

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

FL 2 will prolly have more nomads, my guess would be that they go throught the big wormhole, exploring a new world, sth like that

this may seem like a FL2 type thing, but bear w/ me...
Ok, so, instead of the annoying "we won the first round now lets wait in the corner for the second one" thing why dont you get another mission from Juni. This particular mission has one thing different from the others: instead of going up aganst the Nomads you find out that in the time it took the sleepers to get 2 sirius, the Coalition made faster ones and followed the first sleepers. Finding nobody there yet, they made a colony, but got torn apart from corrupted governers, chancellors and the like. The "Dom Kavash" is one of the sane Coalition members who (like the developer of the nuclear warhead) saw what the Coalition was doing and opposed it. Him, a few followers, and a few greedy, cheating, double-crossing, yellow-bellied presidents who see this as a chance for more power destroy the Coalition and themselves. Just before the last fight, where this sane guy realized that this was the end, created the artifact on the omicron planet that was the nomads, giving them the power to do whatever they needed to survive.
the entire Coalition colony is comptely destroyed. The only evidence of them ever being there is the Nomads, but nobody figures that out, because the Rheinland team who found them was killed by the Nomads. This is all storyline, i know, but heres the good part

The united Sirius colonies send n expedition team back to Earth with that power cell that Trent took from the nomads. They see that the Sol system is deserted. They find remains of a huge-scale battle that wiped out what remained of the Coalition in the Sol system. They travel to earth, and they find a derilect planet, devoid of life. There they find a life form that is sorta like the nomads, but different. This life form is frozen in suspended animation, ad containes the erfected DNA that the Coalition scientists created. But the war killed tem all too soon, they didnt knw that this DNA wasnt perfected. The life form is revived and begins to grow. It seems to be human in growth patterns, appearence, and the like. But, as it grows, it begins to understand what it is, begins to show signs of the human trait that everyone has. The need and lust for power and money. The human need for control, the common desire for more. However, these signs arent noticed by the scientists studying it. They are too busy being hailed as the smartest individuals in the galaxy. They never know what hit them.
The new life form breaks free of its bonds, its altered DNA giving it an insane amount of strength an intellegence. It escapes from the lab, runs free through the streets of New Manhattan, and steals a top-secret datacard- the card with the encrypted story of the Coalition before its demise. it steals a prototype Navy spaceship, and puts some space between itself and American soil.
many years pass. People begin to forget that this life form ever existed. Some begin to protest that there was never a new life form at all, that it was a hoax. The world begins to fall apart, while Trent, Juni, King, Jacobi, Orillion, Von Claussen, and Walker try to keep it together. Then, one unsuspecting day, te life form that caused all this chaos and destruction returns with a massive fleet, crewed by clones, based on the technology created by the Coalition. This gives the failing planet's population the final nudge it needed to split apart.
Finally, there begins to appear two sides, opposed to each other. The New Coalition, and the New Alliance. The New Coalition becomes convinced that to join this new threat of the life form is the best course of action, giving its communist ideals satisfaction of power, wealth, and best of all, absolute control. The New Alliance believes that this new foe can be beaten, and declares war against the New Coalition and its new ally. This was the worst move they could have made.
The New Coalition, backed by the massive alien fleet of their own creation, begins an incredibly bloody assault on the New Alliance. The New Alliance fghts back in vain. Millions and billions die for what they believe in, yet the New Alliance supporters begin to doubt their faith.
In desperation, the New Alliance decides that the best and possibly only way to win is to kill the head of this new and seemingly unstoppable force. They launch a huge attack on the flagship of the New Coalition, but they were expected.
As the New Alliance struggles to move closer to the flagship, the leader of the New Coalition is finally revealed. He proclaims himself the God of all the galaxy, and decides that he could use some of the best pilots around for is fleet commanders. Because, although his clones could run a ship fairly well, they couldnt be great pilots. This new God sends a few specially programmed missiles to put KO gas in the air tanks of Trent, Juni, Orillion, King, Von Claussen, and Walker and tractors them in. Yet, Trent dosent become fully incapactated by the gas. He sees what happens, (and this is shown by a cutscene) and is then finally knocked out by the gas.

That's really over-the-top, but in a good way, not a bad way

I'm currently writing a story about the return of the coalition but i'm planing on writing another one after that were mankind units against the reason the dom kavosh made the nomads. this ancient enamy of the dom kavosh decides that this human pestalince needs to be wiped out and so sends a small force out that will wipe them from the galaxy and the irony is that the coalitions alien technolagy is the only thing that can stop them.

I agree with moving this to the spoilers forum but dont single me out to be the cause my story only brought up thing already reveiled

Perhaps the story should be extended so that more systems were visited.

The ships should be balanced. ie.: light fighters turn super fast, hf's turn decently fast, & vhf's are slow turning but powerful.

strafe! the three VHF's are equal in strength
