you also need to be friendley with the outcasts and the liberty rogues. cause their friendley ton eachother and if one if them shoots ats you everybody shoots at you.. or just try the Everyone loves you mod 2 there if you shoot 1 person everybody will love you

kill xenos , lsf and liberty navy, its fun easy and will let you buy the dromendary

Or if you want to remain friendly with the Liberty forces, just kill Xenos
Alternatively, try Freeport 4 (also in Magellan). There are often a few bribes around...

Blow up the gold one and the nearby box one. You can improve the rep with the hackers, make the Police like you less and give you some cash. ( Polymers ( gold one ) sells for 240 each at newark and hydrocarbon ( Box one) for bout 400 )

lane hackers are allied with outcasts, so if you're hostile to outcasts and you encounter them, mactan will turn red on you. to rectify this problem, kill liberty navy to become neutral with outcasts. (destroying police depots and other liberty ships also works)

Go hunting the Xenos up in the Colorado system: the LSF and LPI don't really bother with them, and the Lane Hackers, Outcasts, and Liberty Rogues all despise the Xenos.

You've got two choices from here on out: (1) make sure you've got a neutral rep with the Junkers, then fly to Rochester Station - just north of Planet Manhattan. You can usually find a person there to bribe your Outcast reputation. After that, just make sure to use the jump holes to reach Mactan Base.

(2) Make sure your rep with the Liberty Rogues is neutral, and fly to Buffalo Base. Take on a few missions with them ... DON'T bribe your rep with the Outcasts, since that will automatically make you an enemy of the various police agencies. When your reputation is better-than-average with the Outcasts, use the jumpgate to reach Mactan Base.

All you have to do, is to get a Junker bribe, that'll leave you with neutral reps with the criminals.

What i did was shoot the depots by planet new london to bring your police and navy rep down, then lane hackers will appear neutral, available to bribe then at mactan base. Additional navy kills will also help and this wont greatly put the police reps down.
