Ever notice?

The farmers Alliance is the ONLY pirate faction which is not hated by the law authority a house.

Kusari Police doesn't like Farmer's Alliance. But the Hogosha are completely neutral with Police and Navy.

yea, but i meant it isnt the enemy of the kusari law as shown in their enemies section
