Faction Jobs

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

Faction Jobs

Exactly how frendly do you have to be for a faction to let you work for them?

If I had a nickel for every time someone told me that my idea for melting down coins to make a giant robotic parrot was a bad idea, I would have one kicka$$ giant robotic parrot.

You mean in Multiplayer? Some people online have tags with factions? For those, you need to be really friendly with the faction. Your reputation has to be fully green as in the bar must be filled in all the way. When this happens, you can look on your reputation window and a faction will be flashing. If you start out in multiplayer, you'll have the navy tag. If you want a tag for another faction, either you work really hard for it(i don't know how, missions? someone told me it's pretty hard). Or an admin edits your reputation.

I mean single player bar jobs. How frendly do you have to be (i.e. how many bars to right or left) to work for them.

I think it can vary, not sure. I think I've done jobs at completely neutral in the past, maybe that's the cut off point. This question gets more into the realm of the Editing forum cos the exact figures are bound to be somewhere. Someone like Chips would probably be a good person to answer this precisely

As long as it is in the friendly side of neutral (The Right Side of the Middle) you should be able to take work for that faction, SP only i think

in some of the latter missions you can be a bit bad but still nertual for the faction to let you do jobs

I guess I haven't been playing the game that much lately... It's wierd that I haven't moved up in rank sence then. Anyway thies forums have kind of got stale since everyone knows everything about the game now... I do remember that post though.
