The Hispania does indeed exist, you can go and see it in sector D6 of Omicron Alpha. And yes, the Corsairs and Outcasts are Spanish. Have you not noticed their names?

and if you download the dockable hispania mod you can even doch with it and it has a really cool commodity dealer..........

the spanish was supposed to be destroyed at launch so how did the corsairs and outcasts become spanish????

Their ship diddn't got destroyed on their way to the sirius system they had some problems while on part of the crew abandoned the hispania and settled in Omicron gamma their called the corsairs
and the other crew members who stayed on the hispania settled later in Omicron Alpha and their called the outcasts......

I just got an Idea of a practical use for the hispania...
say you're out near the hispania on a mission for the outcasts against the BHG and you get into a bit of trouble...
just fly inside the hispania and wait for your shields to recharge, then come back out guns blazing.

Not that I have any trouble against the pitiful Bounty hunters! mooahahaha!

on the wreck section in this site, i saw hispania as a wreck but it had nothing. so whats the point in making it a wreck when it has nothing? wrecks are supposed to be my treasure chests not an empty piece of s***!!!

What would you expect to find in the Hispania? The Outcasts would have stripped it clean when they made planetfall on Malta.

On the MP Mod I play, Im gonna persuade some people to make the Hispania a Battle Ship...its gonna rock

I was kind of surprised when I found the Hispania and it was practically all alone. Considering I knew at the time it was where the Corsairs and Outcasts (who have their homeworld in the same system) came from, I figured it would be more like a fortified shrine, ringed with fighter patrols and defensive weapon platforms. As a bounty hunter, it would make perfect sense to go and vaporize it simply to demoralize the enemy.

Still, being able to fly through it was a very cool experience.

why shoot at it? i found the wreck while working for the outcasts and the randar put it in a green square, i love friendly wrecks
