Partial Mission Victories

I noticed that in the SP mission where you and walker have to assist station Willard, that one of the cruisers got severely damaged. I got bored and finished it off myself, and Juni said she had to deduct some payment because the cruiser got destroyed. Are there any other missions where you can still win by only paritally completeing the objectives?

In the Ashcroft mission, Juni told me at the end that I got an "extra" bonus... I never did figure out what that bonus was...anyway, I think it's probably possible to not get that bonus.

That bonus is access to the Liberty Jumpgates...Juni says so.
