Well obvieously you want to get to the Tohoku system and you can. I know of a good "mod" that will get you to other cool systems like it not normally accesbable after the SP campaign finishes. This mod is called the "goanywheremod1" or something like that, it defintly starts with "goanywhere". You can find it in the "downloads" section under add-ons something. Just sort all the files into alphabetical order and look under G. Download that but then you will have to download something else called the FLMM, (look under F i think it's there) and download that. Open the FLMM thing first and get that ready. Then when you have got that all sorted just double click on the goanywheremod icon that u downloaded and it should do all the work by itself. Load up Freelancer and go to any system you want. Now there are "goanywhere" jumpholes in EVERY system. Just look for a jumphole called "goanywhere" you may have to search for a bit. One you go through that you go to a massive "hub" system with jumpholes to everysystem including Tohoku
They are arranged in correspondance to their position on the universe map, (e.g. the New Tokyo system jumphole will be near the top and the Chugoku one above it.) I vaugely remeber the Tohoku system being to the right of the Chugoku system so it should be to the left of the jumphole. One more thing. For any mods you download, always always, always! read the "Read-me"
Why does the guerrilla fighter fight? We must come to the inevitable conclusion that the guerrilla fighter is a social reformer, that he takes up arms responding to the angry protest of the people against their oppressors, and that he fights in order to change the social system that keeps all his unarmed brothers in ignominy and misery. - Ernesto Che Guevara
