where can you go in 1 player after missons to blow up battel ships??

Well, you can't in the original freelancer. But there are some mods out there where you can. And you can even add battleship missions yourself.

Check the General Editing Forum and Editing Tutorial Forum. Look for the sticky posts. There should be some links to the programs you need to use to edit Freelancer and tutorials on how to add battleship missions.
