HI!
Im prity new in playing freelancer and im stuck at the begining...
well, im on mission 3 i think, i just escorted 2 transports with Juni and after docking with one large block of ice i followed Juni and ran on to some valkyries(three of them) and...
Nothing happens!
Im waiting for mission...
When i fire upon them game stops and something like: U attacked neutral targets...
????
What now?
Ive red some walkthroughs and there they say that i should fight with them...

HELP!

I have heard about it.
Try to re-instol the game. Or just bump the ships.

Transport ship escorting? Isn't that mission one? Block of ice? Valkeries? Don't they come up a while after mission three?

I've heard about this. Either reinstall the game, get the patch or just keep on loading the old Svae game.

read this thread its a script trigger issue, as the audio doesn't play so the next part of the mission doesn't trigger. So fix the audio codecs in that thread.

He means the mission where you are escorting transports to Willard, and after, when on the way to Cali Minor some Valkyries attack you.

I had this problem the first time I installed the game. Don't worry I am not going to tell you to reinstall it. I found somewhere that if you run into them your shields will hold, but theirs will go down. It takes forever to destroy them that way, but you will get real good at going round and round the same target. I would recommend more of a push then running into them. It seemed much faster for me to do this. Now you will not lose your game because of a reinstall.

P.S. It does not mean the game was pirated. I got mine from the store and it did that. After I formatted my computer and reinstalled the game just recently it worked. I have no idea what is different about this installation.

What is different is the codec's involved after your computer fix. Pure and simple.
