Couple of Questions

Hey, I beat the SP missions and was just wandering if you can go back to the Nomad homeworld?
Also how the HElll do you get to Borderworlds?

No, after the SP story you can't get back to the nomad homeworld, although you can find nomads elsewhere.

As for finding the Borderworlds, follow this link -http://arbiter.de/ for a map.

You've actually been to the Borderworlds. They're the Tau, Sigma and Omega systems. You go through some of them in the story, so you should be able to remember how to get to some of them. Otherwise, use arbiter.de
