All CODENAMES are class 10, Nomad energy cannons and blaster are class 10, Skyblast B, Reaver III, Tizona Del Cid and Worm Type 3 are class 9 and the Cannonball missile are good. you need a very good rep to get theses

Go to Corsair or Outcast bases on the Omicrons/Omegas
Fight against their ennemies to first become from hostile to neutral with them, in order to be allowed to dock. (ex: take missions for Bounty Hunters at Freeport 5 against Red Hessians, your rep will grow up with Corsairs, and then, you'll be able to dock at the Leon Base)
then, pay them or do missions to become friendly, then, go to their's equipment dealer.
