@git, i think it's easier to fight inmediate...

a good begin outload can do 6k missions with a starflier, take 1 mission for a for a patriot with total outload off class 3 gunz, so u can do up to 25k missions in kusari... a few missions will take you with the drake with a good outload (l00ted gunz)..

go to freeport 10, land and launch, shoot all hunters... do this till outcast are better then -2 blocks. so you can do missions for outcast.

go then to malta and do 2 missions and you have the sabre.

this will take about 1 hours and 45 minits...

Get yourself in with the GC, and go to Ainu Depot, Hokkaido system. There should be a bribe for Outcasts there. If not, launch, re-dock, check, etc
