You have to wait before you can put those on your ship though...

I guess the Zoners didnt take it up because the Bad lands is so full of criminals...and dont forget that if your on a Freeport and you read the news, Liberty says to the Zoners that "If they are caught with criminals in Liberty, they too are also criminals"

I've seen Trent on the landing pad at Kyoto too but I'm not sure if he's only there if you go to the launch pad from the bar because that can change where he stands sometimes
