im in the middle of my trade route right now and i havent found the tau-31 construction site yet so i went to look for the jump hole in the index but couldnt find that either, the jump hole was the one between tau-23 and tau-31 and that wasnt posted in the index even though the nav map says theres one any help will be appreciated thx

There isn't a jump hole between Tau 31 and 23, only the Gate
