I don't think you can make their rep better; they have no allies, no enemies, no commodities broker, no bribes, and no missions...that pretty much covers any way you might improve your rep with them.

For the last time...there is no "N" in "TURRET"!

thats true.. but.. it is possible for the planet to show up as nuetral (white), friendly (green), and undockable (red). I have seen all three. But I have never studied the correlation to figure out what faction matches the rep most to be sure how to make them friendly. But, it is not a pirate group I am sure. The only times it has shown up red for me is when I was a full blown pirate with all house factions as enemies. But this doesnt really matter, because theres nothing to do there regardless of stature and it will not affect your rep with the nomads themselves so theres really no reason to worry about it.

The planet and docking ring are run by diffrent groups. The bases have nothing for you really they just let you repair and laugh at the robots and Monkeys. If you click on the planet and use the view that shows your target not the list of ships you will notice good luck.you will find that it is run by some shipping company

Planet Gammu and its ring are owned by theh robots.
Planet Primus is owned by Samura, while its doking ring is owned by the monkeys.
Just a slight bug in the game, it doesn't affect docking with them, and I believe that you can piss off the monkeys and robots by shooting the turrets on their rings, though I've never tried this, and could be wrong.
