I need a good equip set up for this ship, tis very hard for me to think of one . . .

I've never flown the Stiletto, but usually, I like to set a ship up with at least one EMP gun, sometimes one missile. Then the guns are a matter of preference - do you like heavy hitting weapons or fast ones? The best plasma weapons are Rheinland Flamecurse cannons, and the GMG do good photon blasters

I was thinking at least 2 Debilitators or Rapiers, but there are no outcast level 7 particle guns, which sucks, I usually use 4.00 fire rate guns. I was considering using Sunblasts though.

i would go for the gmg sunblasts lots of damage and they drop a lot of them if you go killing them so no need to buy either

Personally I like guns with a high rate of fire but your choice of weapons may vary based on your style of fighting in that regard. If your aim isn't so good, then a higher rate of fire is what you want, generally speaking. If you're a sharpshooter, then a lower rate of fire (and higher rate of damage per shot) may be right up your alley.

Missiles are good, but be sure you know how to use them properly or you will spend lots of credits replacing missiles that struck nothing whatsoever.

Try Pyros Type 3 and Dragoon Type 3. They can fill those ever-so-useful class 6 spots.

best outload i founded with it was missile outload...

1 lancer missile, 1 neutralyzer missile a class 7 corsair pulse gun and in the class 6 the pyros type 3 gunz.

the other class 7 is free for other stuff (adviseable is gun with projectilespeed off 600).

Heh, I'm obviously not a fan of the Stilleto -- they're always used by enemies of the Bounty Hunters, for some reason . I feel oblidged to recommend the Barracuda or Hammerhead

And, as my name suggests, I prefer Bounty Hunter weapons. Fun for dogfighting. Did you know, it's been almost six months since I've been able to play Freelancer, at all? I say this so you'll forgive me if I'm a little rusty on the detailed facts on this one. But I believe the Stilleto is capable of accepting Winchester MkIIs, it not, I suggest the Mk1. And then add a couple of Warrior Mk1s (for those times when laser cannons just aren't enough ), any missiles you usually use, and of course, the Hornet CD.

Outcasts use Sabres. Outcast weapons rock. Predicament solved.
[6x Pyros Type 3 is pretty much good enough to vaporize anything that moves save the Border Worlds.

I dunno, Outcast weapons that high up drain your energy quite quickly. If you're going rogue-weapons, I'm more partial to Corsair weapons myself.

outcast particle cannons have a perfect damage/energy rate.

lasers and photons have a bad 1.

the most evective weaps are the kusari neutron blasters. but they do also less damage.
