Sunslayer Torpedo Launcher?

Has anybody found a sunslayer torpedo launcher? I've seen its ammo and the starkiller, but not the slayer. Could somebody plz tell me the base/s and system/s or they can be purchased in.

In Frankfurt, Bruschal Base, owned by the Bundschuh. They hate the government, so if you're good with the Rheinland Military or Police, you have to fix your rep.

Go through the trade lane from the SIgma-13 jump gate in Frankfurt, and drop out half way through. On your left will be an asteroid field, and in the middle of that field is Bruchsal Base. There they sell the Sunslayer Torpedo launcher...

This is sorta spam an unrelated, but me and a bud were working for the Bundschuh so they'd like us enough to sell us a Sunslayer, but we could never spell the name right, so we just put a 'b' and a bunch of gibberish after it (so it'd look like 'ba;lsdfkjasdf;lk'). Hehe, it was fun. Good times

Actually, gettign on good terms with the Bundschuh is easy. Also I found a interestign quirk wiht doing Outcasts missions:
Rhienland military/Polcie rep doesn't move when you do Outcasts missions. It goes full attitude changes with Liberty and Kusari. Liek from Friendly to Hostile in one mission. Rhienland rep: unchanged >_>
