Really Stupid Question About Bases That Sell Items

Alright I've not really been about making my cash with trade runs, though moving boron and diamonds from freitstadt to Sheffield sounds tempting. (Please no debates on the best trade runs, I really couldn't care less at this point.)

But what makes a base selling a certain item important? Does it make me more or less money?

Stupid quesiton, probably a really easy answer.

If a base sells an item, then you can buy it there. Otherwise you can't and can only sell it there.

For example, on Roppongi Station, the price of Cardamine is 810. Nearby on Narita Outpost, the price of Cardamine is 150. But you can't make money hauling Cardamine from Narita Outpost to Roppongi Station because Narita Outpost doesn't sell Cardamine; it only buys it.

In other words buy a commodity and look at its ttrade routes. The Best Price is always the best SALE you can get, Look at the bottom for the cheapest Sells this and haul it to the closest station thats in say the top 10 then find something good to haul back
