i used on it only 4 pyros type 2 (class 5) outcast particle blasters, it's maybe better to use this setup;
- Borroco (class 5 corsair shield buster)
- catapult missile launcher (class 5 non-stalker)
- Pyros type 3 (class 6 outcast particle blaster)
- Pyros type 3 (class 6 outcast particle blaster)

Ahh, I tried out that configuration on a Drake. It worked decently, and I did some ~$200k missions with it. But then I had one mission where I had to kill about 20 Hammerhead ships by myself (not all at once). At the end there were 8 of them simultaneously, and I was out of Catapult missiles (it took 4+ missiles to kill an enemy after his shield was down). I ran out of shield batteries and nanobots too, and my ship was on fire so I decided to retreat (abandoning the mission).

I've realized that when I do these missions in a VHF, I can mostly just shoot them without worrying about return fire so much, while a Drake is more fragile. Since the VHFs have much more firepower, a VHF should work better, at least in my case.
