two questions

If you are stuck in a mission and do not know how to continue, this is the place to ask for help. Missing that elusive Level 10 Shield? Don''t know where to find the lost Ohtori ship? This is the only place where spoilers are allowed!

Maybe it was meant to model real life in a way. No offense to anyone, but whenever something bad happens in the world, it's usually the Americans who send help(granted, sometimes we probably create it too, but that's another story entirely). So when FP7 got blown to dust, they sent help to get everybody back who was alive.

don't u ppl herd the rumers (in kusari) that ageria have some techology that applies trade lane / gate techology to a ship? (hyperdrives?????) and that kusai is trying to catch up with its own version but it didn't work

Sometimes, (this has happened to me), you can randomly start with a starflier in the FP7 system! You can't do anything though...only solution is to restart, so, no, you need a mod.

On the ship mounted jump systems note, we had them 800 years before FL (download the original intro, the ship the general flies off of Pluto at the end has them, not to mention the sleeper ships themselves). You would think we could have made them to fit a small fighter in the mean time. Hell, the SL ships had them, or at least that's what I got from the demo of it. --- VH16

Freeport 7 was in Sigma 17. The nomads chose to start there because of the close proximity to there homeworld. Manhatten is the start point because of the distance it takes to go to the nomad systems.

As for your other question,I would suggust to play and finish the orginal game two or three times. Then start small maybe a ship pack, Then go into an open play mod [to learn to be a better pilot The AI is usually alot harder.

Openplay can be brutal..........................AZAR
