To get Neutral to criminals: Kill Bounty Hunters and Bundschuh. Killing Bundschuh seems to make me neutral to Liberty Rouges.

Bounty Hunters are the fix-all for criminal factions. Also, you can kill Bretonia Police (or another of a chosen house) to raise your reputation with certain factions.

liberty navy/police goes the best for outcast, liberty tradefactions better for liberty rogues...

hunters goes for both a little slower a kill

yea killing BH will get u neutral to all criminal factions pretty quick.

the hack that I use to get hackers early on in the game without disrupting my police rep too much is at the Ames Research station... in Galileo or kepler... forget which. i think its kepler. i remember galileo as empty cept for 4 tadelanes

If your just starting out then hit a storage cantaner at NY. Do not stick around or your toast. If you do this twice you will become neutral with almost all factions. Remember to leave the NY system and sell the goods you git from the heighst so when you return they will have forgiven you for your misconduct. Best methed is to log of and log back on but that ruins the fun.
