What zone is Buffalo in(New York).

Don't remember the exact zone, but it's in the badlands on the southeast side.

Go to the Ithica Research base and head out from there between 3 and about 4 o'clock on the dial. Can't miss it. Following patrol routes you can find anything though.

Upper right corner of 7E. Found myself looking for it earlier to get a dagger.
