cant dock anywhere

Well i am a pirate outcast, but originally when i became one my only people even close to the enemy was the bounty hunters. All of a sudden the cyers randomly turn to enemies then all of liberty follows even though i made no further attacks on them. Now i cant land at like any base in liberty, is there a way around this?

Nope, not that I know of. If you become friends with the Outcasts then you will almost certainly become enemies with most people in Liberty

its not just liberty now its liberty and bretonia and most other places lol

Well, you can still dock at Buffalo and Rochester.
The reason why Liberty stations hate you is because Cryer is hostile and if any
Cryer ships are around they turn the vicinity Hostile. A borderline Hostile may
show as white in your rep list yet still go hostile when you see them.

You could get Cryer neutral again, by killing Xenos. However, you will drive
Zoner rep down so keep an eye on it.

It is Reputation each faction is linked by it good and bad. So look in F8 to see who will be friendly or hostile if your good with one or more criminal factions.
