Can''t buy Titan!

I'm at level 38 and the corsairs are the biggest friendst that I got I want to buy a Titan but I can't it says that I need a better rep with them but the bar is all green with them. I've reinstalled freelancer but I still have the problem??????

Can anyone help me?

Might be something wrong with a MOD you're using. As far as I know, you don't need a rep to buy a ship (unless they wont let u dock). I docked with a base, got a bribe to make the base's owners hostile with me, then bought a ship and left while they shot at me.
