If you'll notice, the prison ship is right smack in the middle of the rings. There is a similar set of planetless rings in the Frankfurt system, around that system's prison ship. It must be debris from the prison ships sent into orbit around them- it is also a handy way of finding them. Whenever you see a set of rings with no planet, it's a good bet there's something else in the middle.

Fuchu Planetoid is at the center of those rings..........it shows on your Solars List, and you can click on it, it's just you can't SEE it !!!

You can see it but its just an ordinary asteroid of no great impotance.

impotance? lol. they're just debris and space dust caught in the gravity wells of the prison ship(s) or solars. don't worry, no glitches on your end
