How do i get friendlier with the opposite factions?

Okey...i've finished the game and now I want that big Titan, but I have to be on friendlier terms with the outcasts to recieve it! How do I do it? They keep on attacking me in trade lines etc. etc, but I want to be friends with them!

All help is appriciated!

Firstly, Get a decent ship, like the bounty hunter Hammerhead, or something similar
Then,
Blast Bounty Hunters, Cops, Transports, anything that isn't allied to Criminals
Blow up some Xenos
Look for storage depots around there Planet Manhatten, and Blast them to become about Neutral with most Criminal Factions

Land on planet Crete and Bribe

Buy your flying Cow

all of the above requires finances, so you need to become a millionaire first

you only need to be neutral to buy the ship btw friendly is not necessary

@ Horgh, it's the corsairs you have to be friendly with, not the outcasts.
