Is there anywhere I can get a class 10 turret

closest you can get is a Wyrm Turret, Buckshot Turret, or an Angelito Turret. They're all class 9

Cardmine man, you got some mistake

wyrem and anglico are not class 9, you forgot about Salamanka and SkyBlast B
