Freelancer FBI/Special-Ops ?

I just thought of this now, but anyway, how come none of the houses have an FBI-Type Organization/ Black-Ops running ? All the houses complain about drug smuggling so much, it wouldn't hurt them to have a FBI/Black-Ops team to deal with it.

Before people start to flame me, the people who blew up the guy in the Rhino after mission three's start (the guy who wanted you to meet him on Los Angles) were not FBI/Black-Ops ,they were nomads. Mind you, that's the type of equipment I'd expect a Black-Ops ship squadron to use.

If some heavily-armed FBI/Black-Ops ships around well-known drug routes to stop smugglers, it would be much more challenging than having cops come up to you and scan your cargo while you're in a trade lane running away laughing your head off. The Black-Ops would actually chase you across systems, requiring you to hide in a asteroid field to shake them off or something like that.

What do you think ? Thnx

How about the LSF?
And if there was a special ops force or something, you wouldn't here of it, now would you?

Anyway, I didn't miss it in the game. Then again, I don't smuggle

How come you never see any of them though ? It'd be a waste to have them docked all the time,and the pilots would get bored with nothing to do. Maybe it was another thing that was left out because of Microsoft forcing publishing early ?

In my opinion, it'd take too much time to create individual Black Ops for each house

How about making a single Black Ops and making multiple Infocards?

If you don't like that, how about make the Black Ops some Coporation?
