Are there freighters w/maximum shield class >7

Are there freighters w/maximum shield class >7

It is quite strange to me that there are no freighters with a higher potential shield class than 7. I always see a level 9 or level 8 freighter shield, but there is no freighter capable of putting it on. So basicly, does anyone know of a better freighter than the Humback? If there is, the ships list on this site doesn't show one.

the humpback is the best freighter with the best shield and weapon specs although a dromedary has more cargo space

According to rumors, the Dromedary is the "best" freighter. But to answer your question, class 8, 9 and 10 freighter shields are useless because there are no freighters to use them. However, this may change with certain mods.
