Carry on with the storyline until you get to the Battleship Osiris after the Rheinland missions, you'll get it there for about 1,100 credits with a decent shield for 50 credits, the thruster for 50 credits, and also the order weapons (very good, but not too energy efficient) for 40 credits each!

you need to carry on with the storyline. if you're in Bretonia at the moment then you've got to go to Kusari and Rheinland before you meet the Osiris. You'll know when the time is write
