Alaska System
Hey everyone
I went cruising around the Alaska system earlier today, just to check it out and see what was there.
What I found was a huuuuuuge shipyard (by huge I mean the biggest I have ever seen), and a few nav buoys leading to a prison station...
I really couldn't be bothered to lug a rheinland cruiser inbetween spikey asteroids just to potentially discover nothing, so I thought I'd ask those in the know what else there is other than what I discovered.
So far I like the system alot, mainly because of the fact that only people with ships the size of a gunboat and upwards can survive travelling through the minefield. My cruiser lost 30% hitpoints and a turret from just travelling in and out again! Also, battleship sized ships dont fit between the mines, which means that the most powerful ships able to enter Alaska would only be cruisers.
The previous paragraph is probably a good subject for a mod discussion.
Any ideas or info would be appreciated!
