Gun locations

Does anyone know where I can buy Heavy Flashpoint (c8) or Skyblast A (c8) without blowing up ships?
Sorry if there is already a thread with locations but i couldn't find it
if there is can u tell me what its called?

You can find the heavy flashpoint at a number of stations in New Tokyo, including Roppongi and Yokohama. It can also be found at Detroit Munitions in New York.

The Skyblast A can be found at Aomori station in Honshu or at Gas Miner Ogashawa in Sigma 19.
