Could someone tell me where i could find Heavy Flashpoint (c8) or Skyblast A (c8)

heavy flashpoints are normally on any civilian station and the skyblast is a gmg wep so maybe gas miner naha for the skyblast not sure on the flashpoint havent used one in a long time lol
