Ripper Mine... WHERE?!

So I have a Sabre with 2 Kraken 2s, 4 Nomad Blasters and I'll grab an Adv. Debilitator turret when I can get back to Detroit Munitions. I have a Sunslayer torpedo launcher (oh, man, Republican shipping hates me for all the bribes I've spread among the outlaws). I only have one question: Where is the Ripper Mine launcher found? I currently only have a Cutter, which is actually rather good and not terribly expensive (I'm warming up to the idea of 7k a shot for torpedoes, but mines?). FL DataStorm says they aren't sold at any base, apparently. Do I have to pay a quarter mil to some lvl 75 guy who's been around for 3 server reboots and looted all the wrecks?

the wrecks at the jhole to the unknown system off alpha
the most "easterly" wrecks are the ones where you will find them

The only decent use for mines is to drop one right in front of a transport, and watch all the pretty colours as theygo up in flames.
