At lvl 25 you've finished the storyline long ago. This is a common bug, either
take a bar job or buy & sell back a cargo hold full of a high $ commodity.

Just save and load. It worked for me

i've been saving and loading for god knows how long it dosen't work for me has any one any idea why why why does this happen? please help me

this is by far the most common bug in freelancer - and I promise you that it ALWAYS irons itself out. The only solution is to play, play, play and play some more....(hmmm I think I've said this before!?!). Earn as much credits as humanly possible - trade, pirate, take missions, whatever - just keep going!!

It takes a great deal more credits to level up each time, you simply haven't reached the level requirement yet....I know its frustrating not being able to see what the level requirement is, but trust me, its there and you just have to reach it.

we're just trying to be helpful, if you don't like the advice then I suggest you **** off to another forum were people might actually take kindly to being sworn at.

sorry it just that i have earned as much money as i can and i have replyed to all the suggestions saying i've tryed them or i've done that.

But people still repeat the same suggestions and i am still no closer to solving my problem all i want is a new suggestion that works or helps not repeats of all the other ones.

fair enough. well then my only other suggestion would be to backup your most recent saved file and then do a full delete and reinstall of your freelancer directory. throw the saved file back in and try it again. sometimes that solves the problem, even if it is a long winded way of doing it.
