You kill the Defenders that kill the pilot, that talks to you as you enter California

yep, that's all, but they have heavy missiles, so u can call it simply, but u must be able to outmanuevre non-stalker missiles (if i'm right catapult missiles).

let the past u, turn around, and the first is killed...
the other will try to turn and destroy you, but u can attack 1 at a time... and they shoot 3 missiles at the same time, so they will get 6 missiles in space coming to knok u down... if u'r not good in outmaneuvre missiles, then use a lot of countermeasures here... thus rowlet revenges turret is very good , i used it also in my defender campiagn...

u can find more informations of this special single player campaign eastern egg in this forum... look down, maybe their more off thus eastern eggs, i know u can get a few alien artefacts in the mission that u go to the colorado system and "learn" how to scan... (that fighter hgas alien artefacts, kill it after he talked and got the loot)
