Does anyone know what or where Toledo is?

I am now lvl 18 and I just sent the Nomads back into this worm hole thing, and I looked at the reward and it said that if I go to a place called Toledo then I can get any ship, weapons, sheilds, ect. I looked on my map and I cannot find this so called Toledo, I was woundering if there is no such thing? or if there is? can anyone help me with this?

Have you used a mod? Doesn't sound right ... got to work for your toys....... or go to to Sigma 13 and find presants.......

Toledo is the order base that got blown up. When they say that you can get weapons etc they mean just before the final mission starts you can buy the order ship, guns and shield for a tiny price (a few 1000 credits IIRC)
