First of all, it's all a mater of opinion. It depends on wether you like to use missiles or not. The same goes for shieldbusters, fast/slow firerate and so on.

Second, this thread, as many before, will turn into a "best ship" thread or something like that.

Third, What you're asking for are spoilers, so no one could give you answers if they would.

If you want to know the location and/or stats of the weaps, look in the spoilersection for more answers.

This is a usefull thread if you'd like to know stats.
