Oh, for frick's sake....

I'd already been to a few of those bases in this game, and when you said that the shields are there, I figured I must have just overlooked them. Now, I went back to a few of them, not finding the shields..... until I scrolled down the inventory bar. Seems that you have to be level 16 to get those shields, and I'm only at 14 right now... *LOL*
