Well, it varies.

Remember the level where you and Orillian and others landed on a temporary base on a snow planet. That system is called Omicron Minor. This level cannot be accessed on MP or SP. You can only go there in the Mission. Once the mission ends, the jumpholes seal up. Like the one to Alaska. Even if you get through Zone 21, the gate won't let you use it.

You go to Alaska during a mission. Like Omicron Minor, that's the only time it's accessible. There are two Unkown systems that are available in SP/MP. You reach them through jump holes found in the Omicron Alpha and Gamma systems. You don't do missions in either of them. One is empty, the other has two planets.

Spent two hours flying around the top unkown system, jumping out occasionally for bots and batts. Trust people when they say there is nothing there (except some hostiles dropping great weapons.)

If you throw enough mud ..some's gonna stick.

Actually, I found something in the Pinkish one. It's a nomad jumpgate, but it does nothing when you try to dock with it.

actually there is a unknown planet in on of the unknown systems. you can't buy anything and you can't get jobs or rumors. you can sell items.

sabre there are two planets there
you can sell guns or mount guns on either and repair on only one primus

Bein an Outcast is about doin things you wanna do: Kill, Terrorise, Murder, Destroy, Smoke Cardamine, ya know, normal stuff.....

This is old. You can't be anything on the planets

I recall in a mod... Tygrys huge one that the uknown system had two nomad gates in it leading to a system where you could access all the storyline ones (tegaki, omicron minor, alaska etc)

Also you can go to alaska if you have openSP installed. You can dock with the prison but its just a black screen with the launch ship icon on it

Sometimes the glass is half full, other times its half empty. Usually its just twice as big as it really needs to be
