HELP!!!!!

Okay, im stuck on level 25 and it says i need to do a mission to advance anymore
and obviously i completed the game.....what should i do?

You need to a mission for a faction. LPI, GMG, Navel forces, ect.. anyone. You will have to alternate between freelancing and missions untill you reach max level 38..
