yes, I say on battle at willard station ( mission 3 ). after finding to walker next the minor california, trent and juni goes until willard station, exists enemy military ships there, after destroying them what I must make? I do not obtain to leave close to willard station. If I try to leave I receive the mesagem to be abandoned the area of the mission.

Ok, The battle at willard station. Destroy the gunboats first, then the bombers, then ALL remaining enemy ships. Once the last ship is destroyed, Juni will tell you she will contact you later. If you need to know how many credits you need to earn to get to the next level. Click on the (Player status) icon. You will see your current worth, and total amount needed to get to the next level. subtract your current worth from the amount needed if you want to know exactly how much you need. Hope this helps.

Sometimes, some Rheinland ships come in later, kind of a bug.
Be very sure every ship is distroyed and wait until Juni tells you everything is over. She will say something like "You've gone beyond the call of duty already".

Good luck!

Did the distress message appear and Walker respond to the caller before rushing to Willard?

Perhaps you arrived too soon and managed to destroy all the enemy ships before Walker even complained about gunboats being too small for their cruiser's turrets. In this case, you'd be stuck, even if the bombers were finally arrived and you destroyed them.

If the above is true, my suggestion is: Don't kill all the enemy ships. Leave at least 1 gunboat and 5 fighters for Walker and his men to fight. Go for the last gunboat after Walker complained about it. Also, don't destroy the remaining fighters until Walker warned about the incoming bombers; kill the bombers first then the remaining fighters, if any still survived.

Other than that, my only guess is that there's a bug somewhere.

I think he is referring to a problem after the battle at Willard. What I gather is that he tried to leave the area around Willard after the battle, without trying to dock at Willard. The thing is, Juni tells Trent to dock at Willard, and the storyline requires that you do so in order to proceed, so it's not like you can just go directly on your way right after the fight--you still have to land at Willard for mission 3 to continue.

Dod you dock at willard? I think you have to do that first

If you destroy all enemies in the Willard skirmish well before Walker complains about the gunboats being too fast for the turrets of his cruisers then the mission ends prematurely. Juni will declare the mission over and transfer the payment, and even though the 3 Rheinland Bombers will spawn later as usual they are no longer part of the mission.

However, if you are too slow and the last enemy is destroyed only very shortly before Walker's remark re gunboats then two conflicting dialogue/trigger sequences interleave and the mission will never end. OTOH, if you are even slower and there is at least one enemy alive when Walker complains then you should be safe. IOW, an unusual game script bug involving a race condition.
