The Rep Hack List in the "stickies" (posts permanently at the top of the posting lists) has a list of all the places for all the factions. Too bad there isn't a place for the Blood Dragons.

I just bribed them yesterday, just in order to get the sunslayer torpedo launcher. Just head over to Mainz Storage facility... that's the closest port to Bruchsal, I think. There's a bunch of others, but you might as well use the closest one to the Bundschuh.... MAN, those are hard names to remember how to spell...

If it's your first visit to the Rheinland system the Bundschu are NEUTRAL to you. Just dock at their base and buy the Suntorp. If it says that you need to be more friendly with them goto the bar and get a bribe from the bartender. If the bribe you see isn't for the Bunschu then launch and dock again. (SP only)

If you're playing MP and the bribe isn't for the Buinschu then press F1, click "select new character" and then you'll have to select you character again. Then go back to the bar, get a bribe. If it isn't there again, repeat the F1 exploid untill you get the Bunschu bribe

-Entropy, the Bundschuh have sympathy with hard-core criminals like the Unioners and the Hessians, and so they can be hostile even if you encounter them for the first time. The Hessians can be found outside Rheinland, as can the Bundschuh's friends the Blood Dragons who usually turn hostile fairly quickly because of their ties to bandits like Outcasts and Hessians.

In that case, your best bet would be to get there as early as possible...of course, you might not have the requisite money at that time.
