ELite Liberty Fighter?

I have seen pictures and heard of the Elite liberty fighter. It is black [i think.
Where, or when, can you get this ship? And what are its specs?

BZ, the defender is already a good ship...

i did div 43 (230 to 240k) missions with it from malta without help.

and about the fighter he's talking about.... it's just the same as the class 10 turret... if u ask me.

i did a mission against the liberty navy the other night in hudson and the defenders about8 of them were giving me as hard a time as the gmg eagles in beta
the thing that was wierd was after the mission i had a class 8 gun among the loot and i know it wasnt there before yet i also know they cant mount l8 guns
where it came from i dont know but it was strange

Try scanning a few ships in some of the border and outer systems (probably others too) and you'll sometimes notice they are carrying say a class 7 weapon but the ship they are flying is only capable of class 6 maximum hehe
