What in the blazes...?

I know I just requested help, but what kind of clue is the Fedex freighter description to help one find the base with John Hilton. The only one that occured to me is Grey 17, and for several days I have frequented the bar, running everybody out of rumors, but no John Hilton. Has anybody solved this?

The second stage of that crazed but cool Hostile Universe Scavenger Hunt. Also, that lost Titanic in Hyperspace thing. I tracked down the rescuer on Freeport 4, but he has nothing to say. Giskard, great MOD, but you should release, like, a v8.5 patch or something.
