located in the sigmas (17 i think, i always get 17 and 19 mixxed up), along the edge of the Atka dust cloud, as a pile of floating junk, an interesting sight, on the subject of freeports, where are freeports 3 and 8? (if they even exist)

This has been disscused repeatedly but it is believed that, storyline wise, FP7 was destroyed in Sigma 17 as thats where a wreck is. Technically though FP7 was destroyed in a seperate system used only for that cutscene. I know cos I've been there in a mod and its empty apart from the 3 suns.

I think they are in Omicron Major. Have been there, when using Beam Weapons Mod.
